These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Find 3 - Hidden Objects and related mobile games, websites, support pages, content, features, and services provided by Volodymyr Klymenko / BUILD SUCCEEDED ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, updating, or playing the game, or by tapping an "accept", "start", "play", or similar button, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Eligibility

• The game may be listed in app stores with a content rating such as 3+ or an equivalent local rating. A content rating describes content suitability; it does not override these Terms, privacy laws, Store account rules, or parental consent requirements.
• If you are below 13 years old, you are not allowed to use the game.
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use the game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian, and your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws and platform rules that apply to your use of the game.

App Stores and Platform Terms

The game may be distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other stores and platforms (each, a "Store"). You may need a Store account to download, update, purchase, restore purchases, or use certain features. Your use of a Store is governed by that Store's own terms, policies, and payment rules.

If these Terms conflict with applicable Apple App Store, Google Play, or other Store terms, the Store terms will control only to the extent of that conflict. Stores are not responsible for providing support or maintenance for the game unless their own terms require otherwise.

Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the game or any part of it;
• modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law expressly allows it;
• remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• use cheats, bots, automation, hacks, exploits, unauthorized third-party tools, or other methods that interfere with the intended gameplay;
• access the game in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems, SDK providers, Store services, ad networks, or other players' experience;
• use the game for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.

Gameplay, Progress, and Availability

We may update, rebalance, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue levels, maps, items, features, rewards, ads, events, pricing, or any part of the game at any time. Some features may require an internet connection, Store services, third-party SDKs, ads, cloud services, or device permissions.

We do not guarantee that progress, rewards, achievements, hints, settings, or other game data will always be available, error-free, recoverable, or transferable between devices or platforms.

Operating System and Device Requirements

The game may be provided in English and other languages described on the Stores. Certain features may require an internet connection, supported device hardware, enough storage, compatible operating system versions, Store services, device permissions, ads, cloud services, or third-party SDK availability. Requirements may vary by platform, device, country, app version, and Store listing.

Virtual Items, Rewards, and In-App Purchases

The game may be shown in app stores as containing In-Game Purchases. It may offer virtual items, hints, coins, boosters, lives, rewards, subscriptions, no-ads features, premium content, or other digital items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Virtual Items only inside the game and only as allowed by these Terms.

• Virtual Items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services, or anything outside the game.
• You may not sell, trade, transfer, rent, lend, or exchange Virtual Items or accounts without our written permission.
• We may change, manage, remove, suspend, or limit Virtual Items where needed for gameplay, security, legal, technical, business, or platform reasons.
• Purchases are processed by the Store or payment provider. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Children and users under 18 may make purchases only with permission from a parent, legal guardian, or the Store account holder.
• Refunds, cancellations, subscription management, and payment disputes are handled by the Store or payment provider according to their policies and applicable law.
• If your account, device access, or game access is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, your license to use Virtual Items may also end.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

If the game offers a subscription, no-ads package, premium feature package, trial, or other recurring purchase, payment and renewal are handled by the applicable Store or payment provider. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period according to Store rules, and your Store account may be charged for renewal before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Store account settings. If a free trial or promotional period is offered and you purchase a subscription before the trial ends, any unused part of the trial may be forfeited where allowed by Store rules and applicable law.

Advertising and Rewarded Ads

The game may show ads, including banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, playable ads, cross-promotions, and personalized or contextual ads where permitted. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising networks, mediation partners, attribution providers, analytics providers, and Store services.

Rewarded ads may offer in-game rewards for watching or interacting with an ad. Rewards are not guaranteed if the ad is unavailable, fails to load, is interrupted, is not completed, cannot be verified, or is affected by fraud prevention, network issues, SDK errors, platform restrictions, or technical problems.

Health and Safety

Please use the game responsibly, take breaks, and stop playing if you feel discomfort, eye strain, dizziness, motion sickness, repetitive strain, or any other health issue. You are responsible for using the game in a safe environment and for following any safety notices from your device, operating system, Store, or platform provider.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we and our service providers collect, use, share, and protect information, including analytics, advertising identifiers, gameplay events, crash logs, and SDK data. Please read it carefully.

Third-Party Services

The game may include or interact with third-party services, SDKs, APIs, links, ads, app stores, cloud services, analytics tools, attribution tools, social platforms, and payment systems. These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, purchases, websites, ads, availability, or practices.

User Content and Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas, bug reports, suggestions, reviews, screenshots, messages, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, copy, modify, publish, translate, and create derivative works from that content for support, development, marketing, and improvement of the game, without compensation to you.

You are responsible for any content you submit and must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, confidential, misleading, abusive, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

If the game or our services allow user-generated content, public profiles, chat, rankings, comments, screenshots, reports, or similar submissions, we may moderate, remove, restrict, or report content where we believe it violates these Terms, law, platform rules, safety rules, or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The game, including its code, artwork, characters, icons, levels, maps, objects, UI, text, sounds, music, trademarks, logos, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the game, Virtual Items, events, support, or any feature if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the game, attempted fraud, interfered with ads or purchases, or harmed the game or other users.

You may stop using the game at any time by deleting it from your device. Some obligations, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, payment-related terms, and dispute-related terms, will continue after termination.

We may temporarily suspend or interrupt the game, online features, support, ads, purchases, events, or other services for maintenance, updates, security, technical issues, Store issues, SDK issues, business reasons, or circumstances outside our control. We will try to keep interruptions reasonable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

No Warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, availability, accuracy, or that defects will be corrected.

We do not guarantee that the game, ads, Store services, purchases, rewards, analytics, cloud services, or third-party SDKs will always work, be secure, be available, or be free from bugs, interruptions, data loss, or harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, game progress, Virtual Items, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the game.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the game or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us through the applicable Store for the game in the 6 months before the claim or USD $50.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our contractors, service providers, licensors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the game, your violation of these Terms, your content or feedback, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes to the Game or These Terms

We may update the game and these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page or otherwise made available. Your continued use of the game after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the game.

General Legal Terms

These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another person or organization, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or business transfer. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission.

If we delay or do not enforce any part of these Terms immediately, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Depending on where you live, you may also have access to consumer protection authorities, courts, app store complaint processes, or alternative dispute resolution bodies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
